HR Audit Administrator

Up to 3 month Fixed Term Contract. IMMEDIATE START

£25000 per annum pro rata

We have an opportunity to join the Horizon Care & Education team for up to 3 months to work on an HR File Audit project.

Roles and responsibilites include;

  • Manage a Team inbox being the point of contact and supporting 900 employees across the organisation and escalating any queries.
  • Creating and distributing variation of contract letters including producing and amending contracts
  • Using our HR system to create weekly reports for stakeholders.
  • Effectively managing a busy workload
  • Apply for Renewal DBS checks including verifying ID etc..
  • Maintain multiple trackers appropriately being able to report to the Head of ER as needed.
  • Respond to references following our safeguarding policy.
  • Records Management
  • Production of ID badges
  • Distribute Eye care vouchers.
